Our dress code for Thai Massage is comfortable and modest attire. Many clients choose to wear loose-fitting clothing suitable for movement. However, we provide appropriate attire if needed. Please feel free to discuss your preferences with our therapist.

Tipping is always appreciated but not mandatory for Swedish Massage. It's a common practice to show appreciation to your therapist by leaving a tip, typically around 25% or more of the service cost. However, the decision to tip is entirely up to you.

To prepare for a Combination Massage, it's recommended to arrive clean and showered. Avoid heavy meals right before your session, and inform your therapist about any medical conditions or specific areas you'd like them to focus on. Communication is key for a customized experience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Deep Tissue Massage appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes to your appointment.

Trigger Point Therapy is a massage technique that focuses on identifying and releasing trigger points in the muscles. These points are tight bands of muscle fibers that can cause pain and discomfort. During the session, the therapist applies pressure to these trigger points, helping to alleviate pain and improve muscle function. It's particularly effective for addressing specific areas of tension and pain.
